1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, downloadable resources, recordings, and AI tools, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Online Courses & Training Programs
Enrollment fees for online courses, workshops, webinars, and training programs are generally non-refundable.
However, a refund may be considered only in the following situations:

3. Coaching & Consultation Services
If you have booked a one-on-one coaching or consultation session:

Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend the session will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Subscription Plans
If you purchase a subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.
