Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our products and services. We are committed to providing high-quality digital education, coaching, and online resources. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, downloadable resources, recordings, and AI tools, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Online Courses & Training Programs

Enrollment fees for online courses, workshops, webinars, and training programs are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.

  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the purchased product or service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

3. Coaching & Consultation Services

If you have booked a one-on-one coaching or consultation session:

  • Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend the session will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Order ID

  • Registered email address

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your request
